R.Simpson Gutta Percha Faced Driver

This is a rare R.Simpson Driver dating to around 1905. The metal face and sole plate are one piece and in the middle of the face there is gutta percha. The club is in excellent display condition. There is a minor hairline crack in the rear of the head hosel so this club would not be suitable for play. The shaft is stamped Simpson Carnoustie and the grip is original.
