Shipping, Payment and Returns

Shipping & Packaging

We ship items from our premises in the UK to virtually anywhere in the world.

All items are listed with a "base price" that excludes shipping. Our shop is (quite!) clever and determines your country of residence automatically!

Once items are selected and added to your "shopping cart" you will be able to see the total combined shipping charges (note: you are not obliged to buy products if they are in your cart).  Please check the country selected is correct - it can be easily changed manually but you'll need to press the "update" button if you do so! 

We use the UK's postal service ( Royal Mail/ Parcelforce ) for all our domestic and internation shipping, and we charge at cost only! See www.parcelforce.com for extra details regarding shipping if required.

All our golf clubs are dispatched bubble wrapped in strong cardboard tubes/ boxes.

Orders are insured for up to £28 compensation automatically should they be lost or damaged in transit (thankfully rare). We can increase levels of insurance cover should you require it - please contact Gavin Bottrell at info@timewarpgolf.com if you require extra cover. If loss or serious damage occurs we will place a claim with the UK post office on your behalf. A claim can take up to 60 days to process by the Post Office, and we can only provide recompense once they have reimbursed us.

Payment

We accept credit card payments through PAYPAL which offers a secure transaction service.

Taxes & Import Duties

We accept no responsibility for paying or collecting any sales tax or import duty due within your country or locality. 

Product Descriptions & Returns Policy

Many of the products we sell are of an antique vintage, and are clearly not "new". We pride ourselves on providing accurate descriptions of all our products. Should you feel that a product has not been accurately described please contact us directly at info@timewarpgolf.com so that we can arrange a return and reimbursement ( excludes shipping costs ). Please note, no returns are possible on our engraved products.
